Back From Vacation

Hi all. My wife and I are back from our short vacation in Cartagena, Colombia. Love it but happy to get back for some hockey talk. So I return and see that the Glacier Kings won both games on the weekend which included a shutout. Naturally I sat down to watch the game. And if anyone else has tried that, they will know that it is not available on FloHockey. Why? I have no idea but it’s not there to watch. I can see from the summary that Thomas Scobie-Gyug and Leon Mikhalchuk scored the goals and Silas Dromarsky made 34 saves for the shutout. Before I left for vacation, Comox Valley was in last place (6th) in the North Division. I come back and they’re suddenly in 4th. Anyways, the Yeti have a mid-week game this week, something that head coach/GM Curtis Toneff really likes. He previously said he likes to have a long line of practices split up with an actual game. I’ll try to get ahold of the coach this week and get some of his thoughts on a variety of topics. I really didn’t have anything to say other than I’m back and will get started on the blog again. Take care and Go Blue Jays!
